Evaluate the longitudinal strength for such oil tankers as chemical tankers, dry bulk cargo ships, ships for liquefied gases, and general dry cargo ships. Perform overall examination and thickness measurement of hull structures. Input data and assess the results using a structural model of the transverse sections.

TMCalc allows you to make calculations of transverse sectional areas / section modulus for three transverse sections to satisfy longitudinal strength requirements for oil tankers above 130m and 10 years of age in compliance with ESP requirements. This program requires a structural model of the transverse sections from Lloyd’s Register in order to input data and assess the results.
